Z Pulse is known for its friendly, family oriented studio. Not only do you come to get your fitness on, you will meet friends who become family as we continue to support and encourage each other.

We are focused on providing high-quality, high-energy classes that help you reach your fitness goals. Our entire team of instructors are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Certified Instructors

Owners Ali & Charro Saad have a passion for fitness and nutrition. Both are certified personal trainers by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. They are both certified in over 15 different branded group fitness programs along with a team of 5 other fitness instructors.

I have been coming to zpulse for 5+ years and have lost 30 pounds and countless inches. Thanks to their encouragement and help with nutrition. But it’s just not about the weight. I not only have gained strength through the classes but also confidence and lasting friendships along the way. I have to say Zumba is still my all-time favorite workout at zpulse, with all the different instructors you can get a different workout every time. I have done almost all the other programs that zpulse offers, ripped, tabata, kettle, piloxing and not a bad one in the bunch! There aren’t many places you can go for a workout and walk out in an hour with a smile on your face!
